How It Works

Survey & Estimate

Once we obtain approval, one of our experienced estimators will proceed to inspect and measure the dimensions of the roof. Upon a thorough inspection, we will provide you with recommendations, photos and an estimate based on selected product.

Clear & Protect Area

We take extra care to ensure that your home and yard is left the way we found it. From protecting the eaves when using the later to selecting a spot for garbage, we uphold our promise to leave your flowers, decking and perimeter in tact.

Tear Off

At Delta, we are very systematic about the way we dispose of ripped off shingles and underpayment. Our staff ensure that product is not just thrown anywhere, but designated and controlled areas. Additionally, during the process, we will examine the roof for wood rot, or deficiencies.

Pre-Installation

Prior to the start of the project, we will confirm the estimated start date, product to be used, and special arrangements that need to be made, such as the moving of cars for delivery. Additionally, if the home owner has any additional questions, or concerns we will address them prior to starting.

Installation

At the start of a project, we will attempt to inform the homeowner that Delta Roofing is on sight and ready to proceed. We will once again confirm project information, and estimated completion time. Drip edge, Ice and Water and underlayment will be placed down to provide a leek free barrier, as well as seven nails will be placed per line.

Clean Up & Finishing

Once the project is completed, the roofers will clean all debris from the entire roof as well as eaves. Once that is done the ground and surrounding perimeter will be inspected and cleaned and any nails that have fallen, will be retrieved using a magnetic device.

Final Walk-through

The foreman will do a walk through and make sure the clean up has been completed. At this point the homeowner will be encouraged to do the same. If the clean up is to the homeowners their satisfaction, then the process will be complete and an invoice submitted.
